Mr Swatch has been teaching my sons since 2019. At the moment he is working with them towards their A-level Maths. We are confident that he will help them to get great results as he did on their GCSE’s. Mr Swatch has taught them numerous methods and skills to develop their knowledge on the subject. Mr Swatch has tutored both of my children over the years, both have very different abilities. My daughter struggled with maths at GCSE level & his approach to tutoring her was very patient & taking it slowly for her to be able to learn at her own pace. She achieved a good grade for her maths GCSE & without his help I am certain she would have achieved a significantly lower grade. My son on the other hand is very academic and naturally able in maths. His approach to him was therefore at a faster pace and he had high expectations, which is what he needed. We started having maths tutoring for him with Mr Swatch a few months before his GCSEs, just to reinforce his knowledge, fill any gaps from school and become more secure in exam technique etc. He achieved a 9 for his maths GCSE which again I’m sure was in part due to the tutoring. He then took A level maths in 6th form as he needs this for his chosen university course & therefore the tutoring has continued. Mr Swatch has been vital in this as A level maths is very difficult and even with natural ability, consolidation is needed and gaps in learning or topics that are difficult can be reinforced. Mr Swatch is a very dedicated tutor. He is always organised and prepared for lessons and is always available to answer any questions (out of tutoring sessions). He goes over and above, analysing exams and guiding the students with what type of questions will likely come up as he has a wealth of knowledge and experience and can predict what will likely come up in the papers. I cannot recommend him highly enough, he is worth every penny spent on his lessons. I have recommended him to friends & family and will continue to do so as I cannot imagine all tutors being as dedicated, knowledgeable and hard working as he is.
